Phoebe Weston Memorial Award Recipients
2007- JOSEPH BLOUNT A friend of Phoebe’s for more than 20 years. Joe’s experience as a parent, volunteer, and mentor has made him a leading force in every aspect of our sport. His leadership and dedication has helped to develop a strong, positive, and healthy environment for the New England skating community as well as the country. The Yarmouth Ice Club and the Weston Family are honored to have Joe as the first to receive this annual award.
